Q: Can I reserve a non-smoking room?
A: Citylights Hotel Perth is proud to be a smoke-free venue and all rooms are non-smoking. 

 

Q: Can I request a room on the upper floors or lower floor?
A: Our hotel rooms are located in Level one (1) of the building only. Unfortunately, in this case floor selection is not possible.

 

Q: Can I store my baggage before check-in or after check-out?
A: Yes. We can keep our guests’ baggage – Free of Charge.

 

Q: Are Internet connections available?
A: Citylights Hotel Perth is proud to offer all our guests free WiFi in all rooms.

 

Q: What amenity goods and equipment are in a guest room?
A: Guest rooms come with basic amenities such as shampoo and body wash plus towels and linen, as well as complimentary instant coffees, tea bags and water bottles.

 

Q: Where can I park?
A: We have covered parking behind the building.

Our guests can use the parking for a charge of $20.00 per day. Parking is limited and subject to availability on the day.

Otherwise, there are street parking available around the hotel at different hourly rates. Street parkings are free from 6pm to 8am Monday to Saturday and all day on Sunday.

Q: Can I use a credit card for payment?
A: We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and VISA.

 

Q: Do you have any room service, restaurant or bar in the hotel? 

A: At the moment, we do not offer any room service, nor do we have a restaurant or bar in the hotel. 

However, there are plenty of restaurant around the hotel. You may order your meal via delivery apps such as Uber Eats or Deliveroo if you do not wish to leave your room.
